Revolutionary On-Bike Molding Platform

While the Cyclesoles™ fully customizable insole is the key to your best bike ride yet, the real magic comes in the molding of the insole on the patent pending molding platform. When we looked at the product the competition is offering, we noted one major flaw: Cycling insoles being molded like running or skiing footbeds.

Cycling is a sport in and of its own. There is no other sport which has the same dynamic power input of cycling, so how could you properly mold a footbed for cycling using the same technique as running or skiing?

The On-Bike molding platform is designed specifically to create an insole that works for cycling. First, the platform is designed to put the cyclist in the power forward position of the pedal stroke. Next, the molding pillow is comprised of a multi-density lay-up which creates a proper power channel of support for the mid arch to the forefoot. Finally, proper alignment of the talonavicular joint and the knee via the talonavicular guide and knee alignment wand fixes the foot in the proper position during the molding process.

One of the greatest attributes of Cyclesoles™ custom insoles is the ability to hone the insole to give the most perfect fit possible to the rider. With most insoles the most one can expect to achieve is some trimming to make it fit the shoe.

With Cyclesoles™ insoles, the certified Foot Tech can shape the custom molded insole to any thickness, any tilt (thus adjusting for inversion or eversion of the foot) and they are far more adjustable to fit the shoe.

Unique to the Cyclesoles™ custom insole is the Power Plus Platform which provides the insole with enhanced ergonomic arch support. This is very much like the systems used by orthotists to produce prescription foot orthotics.

No other cycling insole on the market today integrates such a system. It is impossible to provide the kind of support that many people need without the Power Plus Platform. Whether the issue is high arches or flat feet, the added material provides substantially more support for those who need it. This support just isn’t possible without the Power Plus Platform.

Training of the Cyclesoles™ Foot Tech

Of course, such a high-performance product could not be made by someone with no training, which is why all authorized Cyclesoles™ dealers must go through a rigorous training program to become certified a Cyclesoles™ Foot Tech. Training is performed in person by Scott Peterson, inventor of the Cyclesoles™ system and a certified Pedorthist and Orthotist with more than twenty years in the industry.

In addition to the hands-on training with Scott Peterson, each Cyclesoles™ Foot Tech must also attend bi-yearly continuing education programs either in person or via our web-based training to remain certified by Cyclesoles™. This extensive training ensures that your Cyclesoles™ custom insoles are made right every time.
